Enjoyed the place, it was quirky and worked for me. I had a warm welcome, extremely friendly and affable staff. I had perfectly clean and well laid out room to myself with bathroom and toiletries.

Good value, room was neat, staff were really helpful. The location was lovely close to the seafront. Moreover, it's just off the sea front and all the shops/pubs/eatign places on western rd, and city centre.
Disappointing aspect was a bit small bathroom.

The king room was incredible and perfect for what we needed. The location was perfect even in a modest establishment and the staff here was really helpful and affable. What's more, it was just next door to central brighton, sea front and the pier.

Location: the hotel was near to restaurants shops, beach, ba tower and plenty of restaurants shops locally and brighton 2016. My double room was spotless, brand-new. The vibe here was cosy.

The location is absolutely perfect, just next door to shops lot to do, about 10-15min walk from city centre and the beach was around the corner. Furthermore, an exotic palace is at a short distance from the hotel.

Friendly staff and neat rooms, we had a perfect 10/10 experience. Nice service was provided here. Plus their wifi was good. The hotel was in a great and incredible location, close to the seafront. Moreover, it was next to the centre, and buses. We did not want to leave and would go back in flash.
